Y'all. I've officially been writing these newsletters for 6 months now. THANK YOU SO MUCH for opening them and reading them, it truly means the world to me ❤️
I've had a few times this year when I've asked myself– why bother? Who wants to read what I have to say? But the hope that I can make you smile, help you look up, let you know I’m here for you keeps me going. And I’m here for you, sincerely.
If you'd like, please hit reply and let me know if any of my emails have struck a chord with you. Let me know what you want to see more of!
🌱 Self-care check-in
Normally, we'd be entering a season of reflection and celebration going into December. Things are a bit different this year, but I want to invite you to think about the following questions:
What can I celebrate about this year?
How did I change for the better this year?
What was an unexpected blessing of this year?
If you can’t think of anything, try dropping into gratitude. Maybe that’s being safe and healthy during COVID. Maybe that’s having more time to yourself. Maybe it’s simply being more appreciative of everything in your life when the world is so tenuous.

Have I cried in my bedroom to this multiple times? Most definitely. I found this song from the new BTS album so healing because it brings sadness close, hugs it, and lets it go. That’s how I hope to approach sadness more in the future, and this song sure helps :)
